Senior Banner Process

Hello.  We have put this page of information together so you (our senior banner client) and your parents are aware of our process and protocol when it comes to creating senior banners for our schools and teams.  Below, we have detailed each step and the importance of it so you understand better why we follow these guidelines for each team/club/senior banner we photograph for.

1. We ask all athletes/students to be well prepared ahead of time to be photographed.  Make sure all parts of your uniform are accounted for and fit properly.  Make sure all props and sports equipment you wish to use on your banner are accounted for and ready for use.

2.  We (typically) photograph two (2) poses for each athlete/student for his/her banner.  The first pose is generally a "waist-up" (closeup) pose that goes prominently on the banner.  The second pose is generally a "knees up" or 3/4 length pose that will go in front of the other one.  PLEASE NOTE: BOTH POSES will go on your banner.  There is no need to worry about pose selection because we ask that you think about the poses you want (visit websites dedicated to athletic poses for your sport/hobby) for your banner ahead of your scheduled photoshoot date.

3.  You will scan a QR code with your phone at your senior banner appointment.  This will take you to an online form that will be the information that goes on your banner and helps us ensure accurate spelling and information.  So you will need your phone at your photoshoot appointment.

4.  Due to the number of Senior Banners we photograph and the many programs / schools we photograph for, we simply do not have time to "proof" banner poses.  We are known for our quality, efficiency, and speed of turnaround when getting banners back from our lab.  A good bit of thanks goes to you for being prepared in advance.  Proofing banner poses is a logistical issue when it comes to getting clients to make their choices because of lack of importance at the time and that time getting away from you and missing deadlines.
