We want to thank you for choosing Icon SPD to create your portraits and look forward to seeing you at your image selection and order investment appointment. We are sending you some information in advance to help you in the process.
A few helpful tips for getting ready for your appointment:
Please measure your walls where you would like to hang any art. Measure how much space is available between objects, over tables, couches, etc. Don’t forget to measure vertically AND horizontally! It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you come to the ordering session with these measurements (in INCHES) so that you can make decisions on the size of your wall art.
Taking a photo of your own walls will also help so that we can place your images on YOUR walls in our software. Horizontal and Vertical please! You can simply gently tape a standard 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper for scale, take a photo with your phone, and email those images to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to reference your child's name we created portraits of in the subject line.
You may also want to think about WHO (family and friends) you will want to give gifts or extra prints to. Come with a list if that helps! If you need to call Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles, etc. to ask them about what size prints they may want from your session, please call them and get information BEFORE you arrive to the ordering session.

For senior yearbook submissions, we will need the yearbook advisor’s email address and any other important information you may have regarding image submission and deadlines. Please gather that information as well BEFORE your ordering session and have it with you.
Please remember that all decision makers need to be present at the ordering session. This is a time for you to place your portrait order so that we can order it and deliver it in a timely and efficient manner. The ordering session is when you order ALL of your portraits and products. Please note, your FINAL payment is DUE AT THE ORDERING SESSION. We accept cash, check and all credit cards.
We do provide payment plans through a 3rd party vendor if requested. Payment arrangements can be made through Paypal Credit. This is a 6 month no interest credit option. If you would like to use this method, please set up your Paypal account and get pre-approval HERE.
Please remember that any qualifying retainers made prior are applied toward your final purchase at the initial Viewing/Investment session only. If you do not place an order at this initial viewing/order appointment, any retainers paid previously are forfeited and are not able to be applied in order to cover extra costs of additional viewing/ordering time and processes. Also... your order will not be eligible for our Purchase Bonuses.
Please understand that we cannot process any part of an order without payment in full. This final payment is expected to be made following your ordering session. We schedule one (1) hour together for your ordering session. Most finish within that timeframe and we are happy to help with suggestions and offer our expertise to help guide you towards the proper and most dynamic display options for your portraits.
