IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Hello Coaches or Team/Event Point of Contact. 

We are grateful for the opportunity to photograph your teams/events/leagues and truly appreciate and value your time.

In order to help our processes flow smoothly and as efficient as possible, all our photo ordering is done online after your teams/events are photographed.  This helps speed the process along on photo day by not worrying with order forms or collecting money.

This means it is vital that we have great communication between us and you (as the coach), and even greater communication between you and your parents when it comes to photo days.  We try to make this as easy possible for you by sending you a link that is specific to your team/event/league.

All we ask is that you copy and paste the link we send you out to your parents as quickly as possible. 

Often times this link will be to an online form for them to fill out that is exclusive to your team/event/league.  This form the parents fill out allows us to communicate with them via email so we don't have to bother our coaches any more than absolutely necessary.

All-in-all this will help us help your parents and make you look like a hero.  We thank you again for your time and dedication to your children.

One last thing... We understand things happen and sometimes players/kids can't make photo day.  We will do our absolute best to reschedule if necessary but, keep in mind, we have a very limited window of time to get your teams photographed. 

If such a situation arises, we will need as much notice as possible and will accommodate any requests to the best of our abilities.  However, that may not be possible in all cases.  We do ask that you and your parents make every effort to keep your appointment times as scheduled.
